Contract of reintegrating working life

Objective :

Enable the job loser acquire new skills according to a job post identified by a private firm beforehand.

Target :

  • permanent workers who lost their jobs for economic or technical reasons or after the permanent illegal and unexpected closure of the firms for which they worked;
  • non-permanent workers who lost their jobs for economic or technical reasons or after the permanent illegal and unexpected closure of the firms for which they worked and who had worked for no less than 3 years within the same firm that laid them off.


Granting forms :

  • conclude the reinsertion in working life contract for a period not exceeding 1 year;
  • the State grants a monthly allowance (200 TD) to the beneficiary;
  • compulsory contribution of the firm with supplementary allowances for the beneficiaries;
  • the State bears the costs of training within the limits of 200 hours in a public or private training school;
  • the State bears social security cover for the beneficiaries;
  • the host firm undertakes to recruit the beneficiaries who ended the contracts of reinsertion in working life.
